Job Description

The Financial Advisor Assistant Apprentice role is to work as an integral component of the client services team. The role provides solid first-hand experience across a broad range of auto-enrolment pension enquiries.

Vacancy description

  • Pension set ups (using internal database system)
  • Handling enquiries via telephone and email
  • Uploading CSV files to pension providers
  • Chasing outstanding data
  • Processing CR files
  • Processing employee data on to Salesforce
  • General administrative duties
