We are an Ofsted-rated Good training provider, dedicated to helping organisations develop their workforce and individuals advance their careers.
Formation
VQ Solutions Ltd was established in 2008 and has provided a range of services in the delivery of vocational training in the UK and internationally. Through consultancy, international governments and blue-chip organisations, our team members have advised on the implementation and development of technical and vocational education and training.
Quickly establishing itself as a quality training organisation, VQ was awarded a direct contract with the Skills Funding Agency to deliver apprenticeships.
Since then, VQ has expanded its apprenticeship offering. It is now the largest provider in England for Network Cable Installer apprenticeships. It also offers a range of other apprenticeships, including business administration, digital marketing, network engineering, management, and HR.

How We Work
Four pillars that define our approach to apprenticeship delivery.
Recruitment
We offer a free recruitment service for all of our employers. We believe there is a very clear correlation between the robustness of the recruitment process, the quality of candidates and the success of the apprenticeship.
Delivery
We offer responsive delivery for all of our employers and apprentices. This includes highly engaging workshops and online webinars. We deliver training nationally and work with training partners to meet all employer needs.
Innovation
We like to be innovative in all aspects of our delivery. We have an outstanding eLearning portal, and we have developed a unique curriculum management and quality assurance system. We also develop engaging eLearning content.
Employer Relationships
Our relationships with our employers are incredibly important. That is why so many come back to us year after year to support their apprenticeship programmes. If we can't deliver a programme for you, we will find an alternative provider at no cost.
Ofsted Rated Good
We were inspected by Ofsted in June 2025 and were rated as GOOD, with OUTSTANDING for behaviour and attitudes. Some of the key findings were:
Apprentices demonstrate exceptional professional conduct, high motivation, and commitment to their training – rated Outstanding for behaviour and attitudes.
Tutors deliver engaging online and face-to-face lessons using high-quality resources, effectively reinforcing technical knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
Extremely high achievement rates, with many apprentices earning distinction grades and most being retained by employers – often with promotions.
100% of employers surveyed would recommend us as a training provider, with consistent performance 20-25% above the national average.
