How the quiz works
Each scenario offers four responses, and each response belongs to one profile. Every profile is offered in eight of the twelve questions, so all six have the same chance. Your score for a profile is the share of those eight times that you chose it.
This is a self-reflection tool, not a psychometric assessment. It is our own quiz and is not produced or endorsed by CIPD.
