The three CIPD levels at a glance
CIPD qualifications come at three levels. Each one is assessed by written assignments, with no exams.
| Level | Qualification | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Level 3 | Foundation Certificate in People Practice | New to HR, or in HR administration |
| Level 5 | Associate Diploma in People Management | HR officers and advisors, or anyone holding Level 3 or a degree |
| Level 7 | Advanced Diploma | Experienced practitioners working towards Chartered membership |
VQ Solutions is a CIPD Platinum Centre teaching Level 3 and Level 5. We do not offer Level 7, and the quiz will tell you if that is the level you need.
Two ways to pay for the same qualification
Self-funded course
You pay for the course, in full or monthly, and study online at your own pace. You can enrol today and you do not need your employer to be involved.
